Is there such a thing as reverse sexual harassment?

Right before the Christmas holidays my middle son Moses shared with me of some of the behavior of some of the women at the company that he has been working for.

I never believed that there was sexual harassment from women towards men until my son Moses shared with me about his experience at work.

Not because he’s my son and I listened to him and I knew how important holding this position meant to him Moses would say to me “my manager will pull me to the side because some of the women were complaining that he was anti-sociable.” Moses shared with me “mom, I am not here to have a party I am here to do a job.

Today my son Moses was fired by his manager and the only information he would give to my son Moses that four women said “he made an egregious comments.”

Moses was never given a reprimand or a warning from management or human resources. When he was released from his position today no one from human resources was there to address or to communicate with my son.

I decided to blog about this and just like women who are harassed on the job there are men also, being harassed on the job.

Be bless my brothers and sisters’ things continue to get worse.
